The Valley Curbside Recycling Bin

We’re pleased to announce that the enrollment process is now open to all areas of Christiansburg!  The database has been updated with streets that receive service on only Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, but we are now taking subscription interest for Mondays and Fridays, as well!  Email us at contact [at] recyclenrv.com if you have questions, or print out this form and mail it in!

And if we’re not yet serving your day, email us at we’ll get you on our
Requested Service list.  We’re coming!

Curbside recycling is now underway in Christiansburg!  We’ve tried to make the process of subscribing as simple as possible.

Enrollment options are as follows…

  • Three Months at $15 per month
  • Six Months at $14 per month
  • One Year at $12.50 per month
  • Each subscription requires a one-time startup fee of $20 which includes your bin (pictured above). The bin is yours to keep.

For you early adopters, sign up for our One Year Plan and we’ll waive your $20 startup fee, and you still get to keep the pretty blue bin forever and ever.

Click here to set up your account and payment options, allowing you to manage your account online; we’ve partnered with online retail leaders, including Amazon, PayPal and Google, so you know your account is leading-edge secure. We’ll continue to make the signup process even easier over the coming weeks and months, but if you’d like you can print out this form and complete the three easy steps to enrollment that way, as well. When the bins arrive, we’ll deliver yours right to your door - no fuss, no muss.

After your bin is delivered, your service will begin immediately and your service day is the same day as your city garbage service.

Thanks so much for your commitment to making the New River Valley a better place to live. We’re delighted to serve you.

How Online Registration Works

We know you might not want to start the registration process without seeing what’s involved first, so Jeremy made this video to show that anyone can do it! What a guy.
