You betcha! As a general rule, if school is cancelled, so is our service and your contract will be extended automatically. That may change in the future, but for now we'd rather be safe than sorry. We even allow you to choose how you want to be notified if such a cancellation takes place - when you create an account, just let us know if you'd like be notified by email, phone, and/or text message.

Absolutely! If you move down the road, across the street, or across town your contract moves with you. All you need to do is change the address associated with your contract or email us and we'll change it for you!

We can absolutely guarantee you that if it's a material we can take then it's a material that the Solid Waste Authority also recycles. We've worked hand-in-hand with them since we first started to assure we're delivering the right materials, and they in turn have established a very efficient, high-quality single stream system designed to further sort and process. If it can be recycled in their facility, we'll take it. And if you'd like to see Old Blue (as we affectionately call our old trash truck) in action, we welcome you to join Jeff on one of his routes. We can show you just how we collect, sort and deliver - and we won't even put you to work!
